     TEMPURA BATTER

Ingredients
1/2 C flour
1/2 C cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
pinch Accent
1 tsp baking powder
1 whole egg
 
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together and beat in egg. If needed add a little water.
Dip shrimp or vegetables (sweet potato sticks, green pepper slices, parsley, onion rings, mushroom) and deep fat fry.
