     SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKE

Ingredients
1/4 C butter
3 eggs
2 C milk
1/8 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 C flour
 

Instructions
Melt the butter in a 13x9 inch pan in an oven heated to 400. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, salt and flour, and pour into pan of melted butter.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or till puffy and golden brown. Cut into squares and serve with syrup or jam and powdered sugar, or fresh or frozen fruit.
Serving Suggestions
For breakfast, brunch or meatless supper dish.
