     Maple Cream Fudge

Ingredients
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk or cream
pinch of salt
butter the size of an egg
2 tsp flour
 
Instructions
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes. Add the flour. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add nuts if desired and 1 tsp vanilla and stir. Pour into foil pans. Score when partly set.
