     Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
3-5 lbs roast (I like bolar roasts from SKH)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbls italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 10 oz jar pepperoncini peppers
water or beef bouillon
 

Instructions
Cut roast into several chunks and place into a slow cooker or crock pot. Add water until meat is covered and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Add garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, bouillon cubes and entire jar of pepperoncinis, water included.
Continue to cook on low for another 3-4 hours or until beef is tender and shreds easily.
Serve on french bread with your favorite melted cheese. Tip- The longer the beef cooks the better!
