Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean mushrooms, remove the stems, and place the mushroom cap cut side up in the baking dish.
Chop the stems up fine and combine with the bread crumbsm cheese, and parsley. Fill each mushroom with the mixture and drizzle a drop or 2 of oil over eaach one.
Add about 1/8 inch water to the bottom of the baking dish and cover with foil. Bake about 25 mintues.
