1 lb sausage, crumbled,cooked and drained
|
|
6 eggs and 2 cups milk
|
|
1 tsp dry mustard
|
|
6 slices crustless bread
|
|
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Lay bread in pan. Top with sausage and cheddar cheese.
|
|
|
Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over bread. Cover with aluminum foil and place in fridge overnight.
|
|
|
Bake in 350 degree oven one hour or until knife comes out clean.
|
