     Aunt Ada's Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
zest of 1 lemon
3/4 cup canola oil
1 cup whole milk
4 eggs
3/4 Tsp lemon extract
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except lemon zest. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in lemon zest. Pour into well oiled bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Allow cake to rest 25 minutes and then remove from pan. While cake is warm glaze with mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.
