In a small skillet heat oil, add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add
muschrroms, onions, capers, worcestershire, and thyme. Saute for
3 to 5 minutes. Add wine and simmer until liquid evaporates.
Season with salt and pepper. Sppon 1 rounderd tsp of filling into
each fillo shell. Top with mozzarella. Bake for 5 minutes
