1 1/2 sticks of butter -1 stick cut up and 1/2 stick melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-16oz. sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 cups cornflake crumbs
Instructions
Place potatoes in 9 by 13 pan. Place 1 stick of cut up butter into the potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes with 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Mix soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese and spread over the potatoes.
Mix together 2 cups cornflake crumbs and melted butter;add more melted butter if needed. All crumbs should be lightly coated with butter. Press into top of potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
