Saute mushrooms and diced tomatoes in olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add diced black olives and let simmer. Last add spinach when noodles are almost done.
Boil pasta and heat vodka sauce with little cream added on low heat.
Drain noodles when done. Mix sauce and sauted ingredients in pot. Then mix sauce and noodles together and serve.
