1 package brownie mix (plus ingredients to make brownies)
3 medium bananas
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1 container frozen whipped topping
strawberries optional
pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix brownies according to package directions and chop pecans and add to batter. Pour into square baking dish. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely.
Slice bananas thinly and layer in a single layer over brownies. Whisk pudding mix into milk until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in 2 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Spread pudding mixture over bananas. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Garnish with remaining banana, strawberries, and cool whip if desired.
