     Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 bunch green onions
1 clove garlic
1 10oz bar Monterey Jack (w/jalapenos)
1 pack taco seasoning
flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken
1 16oz sour cream
1 can diced green chili peppers
 
12 oz. cheddar cheese

Instructions
In skillet w/margarine saute green onions and garlic then add meat until browned, drain and mix Monterey Jack cheese and taco seasoning with meat.
Stuff and roll flour tortillas with meat and cheese mix and line up in casserole dish
Mix cream of chicken, sour cream and chili peppers and pour on top. Top with grated cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
