1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
|
|
1 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
|

1/2 cup carrot, thinly sliced
|
|
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
|
|
2 tsp butter or margerine
|
|
3 cups cabbage, chopped
|
|
1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
|
|
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
|
|
1 garlic clove, minced
|
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
1 cup cooked rice
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a large non-stick skillet, saute onions, mushrooms, carrots and celery in butter.
|
|
|
Add cabbage, sausage, pepper, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
|
|
|
Saute 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add rice and heat through.
