In a large plastic bag or glass dish, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken wings. Once these ingredients are well blended, add the chicken wings. Coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnite, turning occasionally. Put chicken in a baking pan; discard the marinade.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Turn and bake about 20 minutes longer or until tender.
