Filling- mix 1st four ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil Continue cooking until thick. Blend in lemon juice and butter. Let stand.
Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour, salt, and coconut. Mix well. press 1/2 mixture in 9 inch square pan. Spread pineapple over surface. Add rest of topping. Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes
