In a farge frying pan over medium heat, saute onions, celery, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in lentils and spices and cook 1 minute. Add broth and raisins, stir well, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until the lentils are tender. Remove the lid and cook stirring often until the lentils are thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in salsa.

Serve in a flour totilla with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, extra salsa, and anything else that sounds good on a taco.
