     Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tblspns Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup flour (to thicken)
1 tblspn brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
 
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup water

Instructions
Put all the ingredients except flour in the slow cooker. Cook all day on LOW. When ready to serve, thicken with the flour. Serve over rice or noodles.
