     Cakes - Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Ingredients
For the Cake -
1/2 Cup peanut butter
2 sticks oleo
2 Cups flour
2 Cups white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs mixed with 1/2 Cup buttermilk (or milk)
1 Cup water
 
For the Frosting
1/2 Cup peanut butter
6 Tbsp. buttermilk (or milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Cups powdered sugar
1 stick oleo

Instructions
Mix together flour, white sugar, salt and baking soda. Bring to a rapid boil peanut butter, water and oleo. Pour this over flour mixture.
Mix the eggs and 1/2 cup buttermilk and add to above mixture. Pour onto a greased sheetcake pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
For frosting, bring to a rapid boil oleo, 1/2 cup peanut butter and buttermilk. Add vanilla and pwd. sugar. Frost while cake and frosting are HOT! This makes frosting fudgy. Make sure to beat the frosting with a mixer enough to mix the pwd.sugar completely.
