Before you bake, make sure you reserve 1 cup of HERMAN to start again, by feeding it like on the 5th day. You can also give 1 cup to someone else to start.
Mix all ingredients well; add nuts and raisins last. Put in a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix together 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup butter, soft.
Sprinkle over batter and bake at 350 degrees.for 40 minutes.
