Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil, HERMAN, and eggs.
Mix until moistened; beat 2 minutes longer. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
Cool well. Spread with cream cheese frosting; sprinkle with nuts.
