     Mock Chop Suey Casserole

Preptime   1 1/2 hours
Ingredients
1 cup chopped celery
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
 
Instructions
Brown together celery, ground beef and onion. Mix with soy sauce and rice. Add mushroom soup. Place in buttered dish.
Bake at 350 degree for 1 1/2 hours. Cover the last half hour to prevent drying out.
Serve with Chinese noodles.
