     Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup crumbles blue cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
 
Instructions
In a mixing bowl or blender, beat together cottage and blue cheeses until fairly smooth. Blend in milk, lemon juice and salt.
Cover and Chill.
