     Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon
2 cups bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely minced onion
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 T minced parsley
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/4 t dill weed
 
Dash pepper

Instructions
Drain Salmon, keeping 2 T liquid.
Add all ingredients together and mix well.
Form into patties.
Fry in oil/butter until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Sour cream or avocado.
