     Mexican Chile Sauce

Ingredients
2 ancho chiles
2 guajillo chiles
1 clove garlic
pinch salt
 

Instructions
Open chiles , remove stems, seeds and ribs. Lightly toast the chiles on a pan for min or two. Place chiles in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let soak for 10-15 min until chiles are soft.
Place chiles, 1 1/4 cup of the soaking water, 1 clover of garlic, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
