While chicken bakes, heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-low hea; coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion, and cook 5 more minutes or until almost tender, stirring constantly. Place onion in a blender, and process until almost smooth, scraping down sides often. Add barbecue sauce, mustard, and tomato paste to blender; pulse 2 to 3 times until blended.
