     Hot Wings

Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken wings or drummies
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
vegetable oil
sauce-
 
2 Tbsp.lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. mayo
1 Tbsp.mustard
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. tobasco
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. white wine

Instructions
Clean chicken. Place all ingredients except chicken in a seal tight freezer bag. and shake to combine. add chicken a few at a time. coat well and remove. Add wings to a skillet with 2 inches of heated oil 325 - 350 degrees. Brown on both sides.
To make the sauce, mix all sauce ingredients together and heat well in microwave. mix together and serve with wings, carrots, celery and ranch.
