     Coconut Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flaked coconut
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, place milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla; stir until combined. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers Yield- 6-8 servings.
