     Creamed Eggs

Ingredients
6 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
toast
 

Instructions
Remove the shells from the eggs and cut each egg into 6 pieces. Heat the butter and make a sauce of the butter, flour, liquid and seasonings. When it thickens add the eggs, and when they are well heated, turn the mixture out onto the buttered toast and serve ant once.
