     Hamburger Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
2/3 cup celery
1 can chow mein vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken sourp
1 can water
1 tbsp LaChoy soy sauce
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
no salt needed
 

Instructions
Brown lightly hamburger and celery. Mix all ingredients with hamburger and celery in a casserole and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover while baking.
Remove cover and sprinkle Chinese noodles over top and bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 12 servings.
