     Spice Bar Sheet Cake

Ingredients
1/4 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cold coffee
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3 cup flour
 
1 tsp soda
raisins and nuts, if desired
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add dry mixture and coffee to creamed mixture. Add eggs, raisins and nuts.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in jelly roll pan.
Ice while hot with powdered sugar icing.
