     Boots Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1/2 lb. bacon
2 cloves garlic
1 lg. onion
6 potatoes
2 cans creamed corn
1 qt. milk
1 1/2 T. dill weed
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. salt
 
1 T. pepper
2 T. butter

Instructions
Fry bacon, until crisp. Set aside. Brown onion and garlic in bacon grease. In large kettle, dice 6 large potatoes, and boil until firm but done.
Drain water off potatoes, add onions, crumbled bacon, and creamed corn. Add milk, dill weed, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook and stir until thickened.
