Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar and mix well.

In seperate bowl, combine pudding and milk. Stir in whip cream. Combine creamed mixture and pudding mixture.

Crush oreos either in food processor, or in large ziploc bag with a rolling pin.
|
|
|
|
Alternate layers of cookie crumbs and pudding mixture in large glass dish. End with cookie crumbs on top.
