     rolled cabbage w/ meat

Ingredients
whole cabbage
ground beef (100g) - A
ground pork (100g) - A
minced onion (1/2) - A
bread (1/2 slice)
milk (2 TBS)
consomme cube (1 cube) - B
canned tomato (1/2 can) -B
ketchup (1.5 TBS)
 
garlic (1 glove)
bacon (2 slices)

Instructions
Take 6 large cabbage leaves, then boil in water until soft. Wait for the cabbage to cool off.
Mix A in a bowl then add a dash of salt & pepper. Soak the bread in milk and mix into the bowl. Use cabbage leaves to wrap the mixture.
Heat olive oil w/ garlic and fry bacon. Then add B and bring to boil.
Put the rolled cabbage in the pot and cook for 30-40min on low heat.
Serving Suggestions
sprinkle parsley before serving
