     agedashi tofu

Ingredients
tofu (1 pack)
grated raddish (2 TBS)
grated ginger (1 TSP)
Japanese broth (200cc) - A
mirin (2 TBS) - A
light soy sauce (2 TBS) - A
corn starch
spring onion (little)
 

Instructions
Cover tofu with corn starch then fry in the pan until gold and crispy.
Pour A in a pot and bring to boil. Add a bit of starch water to thiken the soup.
Pour the soup over fried tofu. Decorate w/ grated ginger, raddish, and chopped spring onion.
