     Italian Zucchini Crescent

Ingredients
4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
¼ c. butter
2 T. parsley flakes
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
¼ t. garlic powder
¼ t. basil
¼ t. oregano
2 eggs
 
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 t. mustard

Instructions
Sauté the zucchini in the butter for 10 minutes. Then, stir in the seasonings.
Combine 2 eggs and 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir this into zucchini mixture.
Press the crescent rolls onto the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 baking dish to form crust. Spread with 2 t. mustard. Pour zucchini mixture into crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
