     Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
3 c. shredded zucchini
 
2 T. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in zucchini and salt. Add dry ingredients.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle toppings on top evenly. (Sugar, choc. chips, and nuts.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
