1 package of white cake mix & ingredients to make it
1 container of frosting
1 package of mini m&m's
decorating ingredients
 
Instructions
preheat oven to 350. place cones on baking sheats. prepare cake occarding to mix. put 1/4 cup of batter into each cone. bake cone for 20 minutes
