     Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup of yogurt (any flavor)
1 cup spinach
1 tsp flax seed (optional)
 

Instructions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Can add any other fruits in the house as well, such as raspberries, apricots, or pineapple.
