	8 oz. cream cheese
	5oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
	1tsp. vanilla


Instructions


Gradually beat 4 cups XXX sugar into cheese, add rest, chill. Form into balls and roll in chopped nuts, cocoa, coconut or XXX sugar.
