     Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1 beaten egg
4 cup rhubarb (in 1-inch pieces)
2 tbsp butter or oleo
 

Instructions
Blend sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add eggs, beat smooth. Add rhubarb.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Dot with butter. Make lattice top crust.
Bake in 400 degree oven 50-60 minutes. Cool
