     Hamburger Crumble

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp fat
1 1/2 lb hamburger
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp mustard
6 tbsp catsup
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper
Hamburger buns
 
Instructions
Brown the onion in thee fat. Add hamburger and cook.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over buns.
