     Dave’s Chili

Ingredients
Step one - 1 tablespoon butter
2 jalapenos, diced
1 large yellow onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, chopped, minced, pressed, your choice
1 pound group beef
1 pound group pork
Step 2 - 2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon paprika
5 teaspoons chili powder
 
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 ˝ tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Step 3 - 3 ˝ pounds tomatoes, chopped
1 can tomato paste (6 ounces)
1 can each (15 ounces) kidney beans, pinto beans, chili beans

Instructions
In a big pot melt the butter on medium and add onions, jalapenos and garlic. Saute until onions are transparent. Add ground beef and pork until fully cooked. Meat can be drained, but no necessary.
Add all spices and seasonings to pot with meat and butter mixture and mix well.
Add tomatoes, and paste to meat mixture. Reduce heat to a simmer. Let simmer about 30 minutes, stirring semi frequently. Add beans and simmer, stirring occasionally for another hour and a half.
