Ingredients
Beat until light and fluffy;
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
Beat in;
1 egg
1/4 cup light molasses
Add to mixture;
 
2 cups flour
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
Chill. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in 1/4 cup sugar. Place 2 1/2 inches apart on greased pan. Bake 350 for 11-13 minutes. Remove and cool. Makes 4-5 dozen.(46 calories)
