pit and peel the avocados. sprinkle with lime juice to keep them green while you are peeling. Add salt, cumin and cayenne pepper and mash it all up well.
Chop the onion, seed and chop the tomatoes, chop the cilantro and the jalapeno. Add the garlic.
Mix chopped ingredients with the avocados. Taste test and maybe add a little more salt.
