Crush graham crackers. Mix all together and press lightly into 10 inch spring form pan.
Pour ingredients over cream cheese. Mix until lumps are small. Pour into crust.Bake filling and crust at 350 degrees, 35 to 40 minutes. Should be slightly puffed up, but not browned. Remove keep warm.
Set oven at 500 degrees, then mix topping. Pour over filling. Bake for 6 minutes. Cool thoroughly before cutting and eating.
