Put in first 4 ingredients to a saucepan and boil. Sift dry ingredients and pour chocolate mixture over and mix well. All buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost while hot with the second group of ingredients after heated through and mixed well.
