     No-Cook Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
4 eggs
5 cups 2 percent milk
4 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup sugar
4 cups milnot
1/2 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into gallon freezer and freeze.
Delicious and not so fattening.
