Place fillets on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine lemon juice and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Brush half of lemon juice mixture over fillets.
Broil fillets 5 1/2 inches from heat 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Drizzle remaining lemon juice mixture over fillets; transfer to a serving platter. If desired, sprinkle with ground pepper, and garnish with lemon slices.
Yield- 4 servings (204 calories and 56 percent fat).
