     Creamy Buttermilk Dressing

Servings   3/4 cup
Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp cracked pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Yield- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp.
Nutrition- Calories 42, fat 0,5g (sat fat 0.3g), carbohydrate 7.8g, fiber 1.3g, protein 2.1g, cholesterol 1mg, sodium 239mg
