     Blueberry Lemon Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbs unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps grated lemon rinds
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325, greast loaf pan.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and keep separate. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add lemon peel.
Mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
Bake at 325 for about an hour and 15 min.
